As mentioned before, I don’t normally read romance. But knowing this book was both romance and suspense, I was willing to take the leap. By the end of the story, I was sold. The author does a wonderful job of blending the two genres and bringing the story full circle in an engaging way.

The plot begins with a young woman named Jazz who has recently experienced the strange disappearance of her twin sister, followed by her mother.

The story that follows centers around her struggles and heartaches, hopes and desires, as she attempts to begin a new life in a new place. Blended brilliantly within the story is the way Jazz views the world around her, in a series of colors that give this story a central theme; black for sadness, yellow for hope, orange for optimism and so forth.

In conclusion, this book will keep you interested and entertained, and a few plot twists will keep you surprised and guessing.

Whether your preferred genre is romance, suspense, or something in between, this book is a definitely one that I would recommend. You will not be disappointed, and you will definitely not be able to put it down.
